Simple Banana Muffins - 4 Ingredients

Makes: 8-12 muffins Cook Time: ~30 minutes Prep Time: 7 minutes


Muffins are so good and make quick breakfast or snack. These are quite simple and easy to make with only 4 ingredients. The require no sugar since they get their sweetness from the bananas. The riper the bananas the sweeter the muffins will be.


Ingredients

2 cups Almond flour

4 Bananas, ripe

2 Eggs

1/4 cup Coconut Oil


Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit then line muffin tray with muffin liners/cups.

  2. Mash the bananas together in a bowl.

  3. Add the eggs and oil then mix.

  4. Slowly add the almond flour and continuing mixing for 3 minutes.

  5. Gently place the batter in the muffin tray and bake for about 30 minutes or until fully baked to your liking.
