No Bake Fruit Pizza Crust

Pizza is everyone's favorite food. Here is a great breakfast pizza that can double as a desert.

Crust:

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup Honey

3Tbsp coconut oil (melted)

1 egg (optional if you would like a cake like crust)


Topping:

1 - 8oz container almond cream cheese (room temperature)

1/4 cup turbinado sugar

Fruit of your choice



Mix the cream cheese with the turbinado sugar until the sugar has dissolved and put into the refrigerator.


Mix the coconut oil, honey and egg (if using) until blended, add the almond flour and mix until crumbly. Spread into a pie pan. (If you are adding the egg) bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and put into freezer un



til cooled.  


(If there is no egg.) Put into the freezer for 10 minutes to harden. Cut up fruit while waiting.

Remove crust from freezer spread cream cheese mixture on and arrange fruit. Cut and serve.
